2. New CPAP mask at the 12 and 24 month mark;
3. 360 Care Plan clinical care package for the entire 3 year period, which includes 6 monthly bulk billed telehealth consultations with our Respiratory/Sleep Specialists.bulk billed sleep studies,unlimited CPAP Consultant reviews, complimentary loan CPAP machine in the event your CPAP machine requires repair and annual supply of ResMed AirSense 11 CPAP machine filters.
